thanks man, uh it weighed around 30-50 i didnt weigh it but its pretty light i just carry like 300lbs in coolers on it never budged, and i might be able to make another for like $200. thats including paint.

How do you have that mounted to the roof ???? Looks like pop rivits or sheet metal screws.... I would suggest adding two more one on each side....With a heavy load on top & if you need to do a panic stop

yea just sheet metal screws, and well the only thing i would be afraid of would be my roof giving out before any of the screws metal binding lol cause with 300lbs of coolers up there i had to do i couple of panic stops on the road.

tahts damn nice man im thinkin im gonna do mine like that once i get my welder if i ever do, the only thing i might do different is instead of just those two legs im gonna use a plate that goes the whole length of the rack

i like it looks good did you just use 1x1 tubing to build it or bigger like 1.5 x 1.5

i used 1x1, and pretty much impossible to bolt down, cause when i pulled down my headliner there is a piece of metal then a gap then the roof metal.
