Fender flares, quick question!!!
I'm removing my stock fender flares today off of the front of my 94 cherokee, and I'm wondering about the plastic liner that's bracketed into the wheel-well. I pulled it back a little and noticed that if I didn't have that it would expose the door hinge behind the quarter panel and some other things, would those be hurt real bad if I removed that plastic lining and just left it off? Would those components take a total beating having dirt and such thrown at em?? Please help!
Also, near the front is some electrical components that won't be protected anymore, it's like underneath the headlights. What should I do about this? Will those be ok without that plastic?

It will pack up with snow, and mud. Which is why I left mine on, along with fender liners. But you can relocate them a 1" or so higher. Here's a site describing it. Look under body. http://www.madxj.com/
