fender flares please help!!!

I have a 2001 cherokee and i cannot find the replacement fender flare retainer bracket i was wondering if anybody knew if a 96 retainer will work on my 2001? please help need to know as soon as possible.

The 96 and down retainer will not work.
And they cost 38 bucks a peice from the dealership. Thats what I was quoted atleast.
