Default Fender flares

So I want to keep the stock flares but my passenger side one doesn't want to stay on. Any suggestions on getting it to stay on? Any help is appreciated

I was having the same problem. I removed the bracket, drilled out the broken bolts (knew they were gonna break, so I was prepared to do this). I drilled them out to slightly smaller than my new bolts so they would thread back into the bracket, then I re-bent the tabs that the fender clips into and reattached the fender to the bracket and reinstalled my fender.
Then I dealt with why I kept tearing it off, I installed longer bumpstops.
I went from tearing it off every run to not even touching it with the tire anymore.
