i would also like to add that it was just a feeler, posted by me half asleep the other morning while worrying about my finances. I do not not have to give it away, if I find the right person who is serious and we work out a deal then thats great, if not thats ok too, but as of right now I do not have to sell it. Its not up on any of the other forums, not on CL or any classifieds just on here with my fellow Cherokee peoples.

Maybe I am really cheap. But I don't see mods increasing value that much.
no offense but 7500 is not nearly 10,000 its exactly 3/4 or %75 of 10,000. LOL and to alot of people who want a 6 inch lift, tires rims, sye steering upgrade, disco's etc etc that dont have the $4000 to drop in a stock Jeep it does raise the value slightly, but its really all a matter of opinion. And I do apprecitate all of your opinions!

I know this sucks to hear ,but you don't get hardly any return on the modifications we do for offroad ...If I were to sell the Jeep I have now sitting the way it sits today ,which is far more capable than in the pic I posted ,and after almost 15k invested into it...I'd be lucky to get $10k from a person who appreciates the money into it ...Now when I did my upgrades I did choose parts that would make it more sellable if selling...for example Claytons not rockcrawler . But the bigger picture is we hope your financial situation does not come to forcing you to sell anything ...especially at a loss .

For less than 1000$ I'll be sitting at 5" of lift. If you include the cost of my truck, its 1900$.

Just because you over paid for things doesn't mean your rig is worth what you put into it. No one is going to get back what they put in, that is unless.they find a sucker.

Also, saying 3/4 of something isn't nearly all of it is ridiculous.

You asked, we gave honest answers. I'm sorry if you didn't like them.

Maybe $4500. Good luck with the sale though.

at 6k for "a jeep that clean", how long do you have to look for a buyer to get 6k?

the jeep is worth 4500 max as a "clean", stock jeep. with the goodies, $6500. expect to get around $1500 less than that.

no offense. it's a nice jeep, built well...but you're going to need to go to ebay or craigslist to get that asking price.

ok. I wasn't going to say anything. I am also going to move this into chat since it is getting clutter and more of a feeler then a sale thread. Make a real sale thread when you think you are ready.

But in my opinion and going off of what I know I can find. Stealerships ask way to much for then. Mine is a 1996 with a ton of extras parts. It is almost as clean if not as clean. It is a completely rust free WI jeep which are hard to find in the salt belt. I have a laundry list of parts on mine. Far more then I would ask for the whole jeep itself. If I were to sell it, I would hope to get $4500. I have way more then that in parts. Selling a jeep that clean sucks especially if you want any investment back. Its a great looking jeep though.
