i was goin to get them as an alternative. i wanted to try to save money. but from what i have read; they are a decent dd tire. but offroad?? they are known for weak side walls. i think the tread wear was pretty decent.

when i was shopping for tires just a month ago... i allready own a set of 235 duratracs. now that is an awesome tire. excelent tread wear and snow, ice and rain are nothing for these. So i saved a few more dollars up and bought a set in the 33" variety.

I know there aren't many reviews on the flalkens.
hope this helps.

Thanks. Hmm weird that's the opposite of what I heard. I heard they were downright TUFF and surprisingly good offroad. Thanks for the info.

for the duratracs are proven. the falkens were mixed reviews.

Duratracs are out of my budget and they don't offer a 32. I can get 4 falkens mounted and balanced for 700. That's hard to beat, especially being in school.

I have the Falken tires and really like them, I've had them for 2 years and are wearing real well. I don't drive my cherokee very much in the summer, but I have had them in some deep mud and they went through it very easy and they handle snow very well to. Hope this helps. Heres a couple of pictures of mine.
