Factory Light/Lenses Cover? Hidden Winch
This XJ is in New Zealand. There are clear plastic covers fitted over headlights and signals. Is that Kiwi custom made or has anyone seen this before?
It also has what looks like a factory tire carrier. And note the winch cable hiding under the front bumper.

If it were the factory winch the bumper would be pushed out with a noticeable gap between the grill and bumper with a cut out in the middle of it, not sure how that one is mounted.
