Resolve High Traffic Foam (carpet cleaner) has given me great results in my vehicles. You can find it at most any Wal-Mart or Lowes. After you get it clean and let it dry, hit it with some Scotch Guard. As long as you keep Scotch Guard on the fabric, it will keep the muddy water from soaking in as much next time. It's getting hard to find, but I've had luck with it at Lowes and China Mart as well.

x2 on the turtle wax it took year old grease out of the capet and rear seat in my titan really good stuff
