Default Explorers suck

Today I helped a friend out by replacing the radius arm bushings on her 92 Explorer, I thought it would be a piece of cake and easy money. What a pain the a$$! I used the come-a-long method on the right side, and the grind the rivit heads off and remove the crossmember method on the left side. It took me 6 hours in the rain and a lot of swearing to get the job done. I'll take working on my ZJ over working on another Exploder any day. Jeeps are so much easier to work on.

my best friend has a 98 xlt.....

I do enjoy the ride in it down the regular road, but off roading and freeway give me my xj. The sway bars and front end parts in those go and youll be doing 80 on the freeway and think youre about to flip.

sadly im spending next wednesday at the junk yard with him getting parts off an eddie bauer.

I love my XJ, but Explorers interiors are a little better imo. But then again, explorers were basically purchased by a certain demographic and put on huge rims small tires and lowered.

Has not let me down yet.

and actually runs better then my jeep haha

Im not sure how much my jeep weighs
but i put it on a 2k pound tilt trailer

I grew up with B2's rangers and sploders, and it took you 6 hrs the first time, next will be faster. I actully hate DCJ's, but ended up owning one.
