You do realize FM is aluminized steel(which is highly susceptible to corrosion and stuff on the trail dents it easily) and is a highly restrictive chambered design ? The Magnaflow is polished steel(which will last much longer and it looks better from the get go) and that it is a high flow "straight-through" design that maximizes exhaust flow and air velocity thus giving maximum power gains across the rev range and the buffering material inside of it ensures no drone and quiet driving operation when you want and loud amazing straight 6 sound when you romp on it? Also if something illegal was already done to your Jeep when you bought it then it won't sound like crap, same cant be said for the FM.

I wanted to get the super 40 for mine but i was told if i was gona do that to leave my car on it that right? The guy i talked to said he would build a bypass for my cat (whatever that means) and then the flowmaster would go on after that.

Just leave cat on if you are getting Flowmaster, they require a cat in order to produce the sound that they are well... Famous for. Mine sounded like crap without the cat and I should have left it on, leave it on. I ended up putting 12 inch glasspack in place of cat because it sounded so bad and ricey at 3k rpm.
