Yes.... I used he search, so im here asking. Has anyone replaced the ENTIRE floor on their xj, from the front floor to the cargo area, both sides, welded?? Mine is pretty weak, i plan on buying the quadratek replacement panels, along with some unit-body frame stiffeners, possibly boxing in some areas and some gussets. I would just like to know if the entire floor area has been done by anyone, and if so, were there pics?? Thanks guys

I just got done doing my floor. I used 14 Ga. Steel and bent it with a vice and a sledge hammer. I welded some, used some self tapping screws and about 4 tubes of silicone! It was indeed a pain in the a##! I will post some pics . Could've turned out better, but it was my first time, but my feet aren't going thru the floor! Lol

all good bro it a jeep. it not a show truck
is it bad I'm pry gonna have to do some of this in my 97? It seems like everyone having these issues is a older model. But for whatever reason... when I bought mine, I didn't notice the rust until after I signed the title.

I used tubes of 212 Roofing Cement (brand name Through the Roof) to fasten my sheet metal to the frame rails and the good sheet metal around it. Holds strong and then i went underneath and used the same stuff on all the seams. coated it with rust reformer and spray on bedliner and a husky floor mat. Solid and The rust is gone for at least 20 years into the future on my slow build 1993.

Here is the thread I started a few years ago when I did my rear floor, I did the front a year or so before this. Read through the entire thread a lot of other people have posted some really good info.

The front pan never got it's own thread, but there are some pics in here and more good info that may help you with your project.
