well then. none of you will even know who I'm talking about. I've got a much different taste than all of yall so far.
The National: Fake Empire
The Tallest Man on Earth: The Gardener
A.A. Bondy: Black Rain
Fleet Foxes: Ragged Wood
Bon Iver: Bracker, WI
Greg Laswell: Comes and Goes in Waves
just to name a few...
I don't really like listening to intense music when I'm driving though, these are mostly alternative/folk/indie bands.
course I'm always into classic rock too, so The Beatles are definitely up there as well as Simon and Garfunkel etc. Guess they're not too intense either haha.
anyone want to back me up?? lol

I dont wheel anymore like I did 8 years ago. Back then I was Wheeling to Brad Paisley's first album. Theres a instrumental that just feels right for wheeling. I was a metal head growing up but my kids have chilled me out... so if I had a wheeling play list it would look like this maybe.
Johny Lang
Dave Mathews
The Cult - Electric
Van Halen
Hank Williams JR.
Black Sabath
Everclear
Steve Miller Band
just to name a few... its not as cool or trendy as some... but it holds a ton of memories.

thanks!
most of my music really doesn't exceed past year 2000, just because nothing has really impressed me too much since. especially with a lot of these indie bands out there now. not saying that they are bad, but when the same sound they all seem to come up with has already been done by Ian Curtis when he was still alive over 30 years ago, it kinda seems hypocritical for most of them to say they are origional. not to mention a few synth and keyboard lines that seem like they were deliberately stolen from some songs by Echo and the Bunnymen.

Its funny I came across this today, I was just thinking to myself I had found one of my favorite "blast through the snow songs" lol I'll list a few favorites though...
Lamb of God
Choke Sermon- (the song I mentioned above)
Everything to Nothing
Set to Fail
All That Remains
The Air That I Breathe
Chiron
Atreyu
Right Side of The Bed
Doomsday
Blow
Chimaira
The Impossibility of Reason
Power Trip
Tons more, but I would be here all night listing....
Personally I feel there is nothing better than a good stereo pounding out thundering drums, and screaming guitars!
