I have tried everything. O2 sensors, exhaust manifold, tune ups, injectors, and more. Nothing ever makes a change. It has always been between 12-15 mpg as long as I can remember. It doesn't smell rich and has correct operating temps. I was hoping gear change would help since I do a lot of around town. Nothing really changed.
