I feel like it would look stupid of me to take doors off on stock height...needa get a lift soon. But do you guys see any drag from taking doors off? I feel like there would be, but just curious to hear what you guys have to say

Oh yeah, for the whole VA law thing. Talked to two lawyers who have done a few of these cases with the doors off, and they have gotten their clients out of the ticket. Turns out it's perfectly legal in VA. You just have to have side view mirrors. You dont need tube doors or nets. Highway driving is ok too...just at your own risk. The only problem they said would be that insurances would probably screw you over if something were to happen.

It won't matter if ur at stock height IMO. I think it'll look BA either way. And if by drag u mean wind drag then no it really doesn't make that much of a difference.

These things are a brick on wheels. I dont think its possible for an XJ to get less aerodynamic!

Same here I get mixed opinions on door less XJs but oh well here is mine took doors off before I left for school+ I am in va
