Door removal
Don't know if this will help but on my 99 I cut the door pins with a dremil tool and pried them out with a crowbar. I just put bolts in their place so I can remove them whenever. Disclaimer though: your doors will not balance properly after you do this.

On the 87s the hinge is different from the 99s. You should be able to jsut cut the bottom of the hinge off with a dremel and then hammer the bottom of the hinge off. (On my 1990 I took a big frikken crowbar to mines and banged it with a hammer several times.) It shouldnt have a balancing problem as the pins should still fit in the holes jsut fine. The bottom of the hinge on these do nothing to center it so as long as you didnt remove the doors at the hinges, you should be fine.
