Hopefully not to hijack, I just didn't want to make this its own thread. Anyone know how to fix this? Or perhaps an alternative to a handle?

Take the inside door panel off, there's bolts in there you gotta take off and it comes off

.5. If you can wipe your butt you can remove a door handle.

Hardest part is getting the damn clips off the rods going to it. I give it a 1 on a scale of 1-10

Do yourself a favor, While the door panel is off. Replace all the plastic clips on the connecting rods in the door. They are really cheap and readily available at most automotive stores. (They become old and brittle.) Also if you still have the crappy factory speaker mounted under the door panel, it would be a good time to replace them.

I already have aftermarket speakers.
So I pulled the door apart today and the bolts for the handle broke. It was rusty and the mount the spring stops on is what gave away. Now I'm in the process to finding a door handle from the jy that isn't rusty already. This sucks!
