Dome fuse blows when stereo is turned up.
Hey guys, I've got a decent stereo setup, Pioneer-DEH6800MP deck, vintage 10 inch FreeAir Kicker sub powered by a Coustic amp, and 2 Pioneer 6x9's powered by a Kenwood amp and 4 Pioneer 5 1/4's hooked up the deck. Now the entire setup sounds great but whenever I turn it up more than half way my Dome Light fuse will blow, I know that fuse is also connected to the stereo but why would it be blowing? Am I trying to pull too much power out of my head unit? It's connected to the stock harness, soldered with heatshrink. I don't have any shorts in the system or anything. Do I need to run a new power wire from the battery to the deck? Any help is very much appreciated.
