mine likes to leak Brake Fluid after you park it and turn it off. does not leak when it runs.... Think the ABS system is Airbound.

My XJ has only overheated once in the 9 years Ive owned her, and it was when the heater core blew on the 4th of July while stuck in traffic at the fireworks and it was 90 degrees. Other than that, NEVER over 210. I dont know how/why so many guys have trouble with overheating.

Sounds pretty common among the 5-speeds, but I have to put it in gear before reverse every time, and then wiggle it a little to get it in.

Drivers door doesn't lock/unlock with the buttons, and the rear driver side will occasionally unlock, but never lock.

when my driver side window gets to the top, the motor doesn't stop, the gear is stripped out and just grinds and clicks.

also, the steering wheel squeaks bad. i have gotten used to it but it drives my friends crazy when they ride with me. especially when I'm wheeling.

I live in SoCal, not the "cool" oc part either, I live in hell when it's summer time...anywhere from 90*-115* and mine has NEVER gotten over 210* except when I suddenly blew the tank on the radiator around the corner from my house....kinda weird about the over heating to me too.
