Waaay too expensive. Go with Detours. Trust me. They are jeepers and the customer service is excellent. Also, if you have any custom request Mark will work with you.

to the OP. If you have a tow hitch receiver you could just get this for now

only 98.95 with free shipping. I am thinking about buying it and modifying it so it can drop down so I can open the hatch with out having to take it all the way off. or this one if you think the other one leans back to far

if it is modified it would have to most likely come down and weld a brace that pins hinge point on reciever part it would make it an easy load and unload but then again who knows how stable it is if it is anything like my reciever it is a little loose. so u may have a lot of movment and noisy to
