I wouldn't recomend it. I have read some very mixed reviews on motor flush type additives and oils. If anything maybe pour a can of Seafoam in the crank case and let it idle for a couple minutes, then change the oil and filter and replace with a quality oil. The seafoam can help get some sludge out but I am not a believer in "engine flushes"

You can also use Auto Transmission fluid, add a quart to the crank case, run the motor for 30 minutes or so. Then do you oil and filter change as usual.

My opinion is that if you do regular oil and filter changes at the proper 3,000 mile intervals, as well as regular tune-ups, there would be no need to use any type of additional products such as you mentioned. But different peoples opinions are as varied as their maintenance routines on their vehicles.
