Below are pix of my left and right rear leaf springs. The 2000 XJ is my first and it was purchased last year with 140k mi on it. Suspension feels okay driving but of course I have no idea how other stock XJs are. Since the springs look so flat I thought should ask others.
thanks in advance,

most stock leaf springs on xjs are flat from the factory, or at lease a few miles down the road. Its nothing to be concerned with, just know that if you want to lift your jeep, you wont get much lift from an add a leaf, you should just get a new full leaf pack.

Thank you all for your input. Now I know my xj leaf springs are normal for its age and nothing to worry about. It rides fine on pavement and forest roads so I'll continue to drive as is.
Oh I worry about them, i just don't have the cash for new leafs right now.... But yeah, just don't be too rough with them.
They look a little better than mine. Mine are slightly beyond flat. Can't wait to get my lift to eliminate that problem. Was gonna do an aal but was talked out of it on another Jeep site.

yeah aal won't lift you much at all if your leafs are flat, probably none if you're beyond flat. definitely go with a new leaf pack.
