Default Do stock fender flares go back on

I am painting my stock fender flares in bed liner but was wondering if I took them off, do they go back on? Thanks

Yes they come off and go back on. There's nuts on the inside on the fender and they do break easily but if you get all te nuts off the brackets come right off

Most likely the studs will break off. If you can save 1/2 of em itll still go back on tight.

Yup, I snapped all of the stock bolts. I just drilled holes in the flare and zip tied them to the existing mount holes. I just losely tied each zip till the flare was positioned as wanted.

I took all mine on and off over and over again. They're just nuts and bolts on my Jeep. They come right off and go back on after about half an hour of wrenching.

I think a lot of guys just leave them on and mask off the rest of the Jeep when they paint or bed line them. That's what I plan on doing. I'm sure I would break most of the mounting studs on mine since I live in the wonderful "rust belt".

Yes, break all the bolts, go to a local hardware store and get new ones, $10
