Default Do i have the death wobble symptoms?

So was cruising down a beach road today about 45mph. I hit and a bump and SHAKE SHAKE SHAKE. it was coming from the front. Now i would slow down to about 15mph and continue just fine till i hit another pot hole or bump. Then shake shake shake. I thought it was death wobble but i have never had it happen before. i have a 4.5in lift with stock steering components.
side note- when i might a tight left or right turn i get a single Pop noise. Now would a trac bar do that? It will be like POP then i will continue and im fine. Also my power steering pump is full and its making a straining noise... what is that? Anybody have any input?

sounds like a terrible case of bump steer, your trackbar is loose, mine pops when its loose. and the straining sound is simply because it has to work hard in order to move the bigger then normal tires, its best to refrain from turning alot when your not moving, imo

tighten up the trackbar, make sure your steering stabilizer isn't shot or leaking, tighten all steering components, if that doesn't work well idk, i've never had any problems beyond that....

Haha. I just don't get all the linkage. Pitman arm, to a tie rod to your trac bar and such lol

i have an adjustable trac bar and it just started doing this as well, one single pop and a good case of wobble. Tighten the trac bar and all is good now.

4.5 you probly need some upgrade suspension parts, drop pitman, control arms, track bar. Even out that suspension

Dont buy a rustys off road adjustable trac bar, they like to break while driving down the road. You tube has some good vids of this happening

Im not sure if you said that you have the stock trac bar on there or not or if you have an aftermarket one with a tie rod end on it...However, like i just told someone else, you might want to consider a drop bar bracket and a beffier adjustable trac bar. They are usually double shear, so that a bolt runs through the end and mounts it to the bracket. Plus, the bracket drops your trac bar level down about 3/4 of an inch which helps with death wobble. I remember I used to have that clicking noise each and every time I'd turn almost..It sure knew how to **** me off.

Happened to me, pulling into my parking spot at my family's bakery heard a loud noise and felt weird But luckily NAPA had the tie rod end for it, a better one, been good ever since
