What does that mean I'm going to have to fix? I have to change my oil anyway.. should I fix this problem at the same time?

Stop sticking it in gas tank.. No but seriously, drain oil into open container and let it sit. I think the gas will separate if it's in there.. I think.. Just an idea.. Good luck, man!

It's probably from blow-by. The CCV is supposed to remove this. >http://www.ehow.com/facts_7675397_cc...-wrangler.html
Check the condition of the hoses. Sometimes the inside of the valve cover becomes caked with built up gunk, and prevents the system from working.
In other cases, one or more of the pistons or rings can be damaged allowing blow-by into the crankcase.
This can also happen in extreme mileage engines just from the rings being worn, or the cylinders becoming out of round and losing their seal. In those cases, if you remove the dipstick while idling, smoke will usually come out of the hole.
You can check the compression to rule out any internal leakage/damage.

Letting an engine warm up a little (even in warmer climates) helps the fuel to atomize better.

This means it will ignite more thoroughly, and burn more completely.

If it gets into the cylinders much as a liquid, it will wash the oil off the cylinder walls causing premature wear, and may get down into the crankcase as liquid.

The thing you want to decide, is if the gas in your oil smells raw or burnt. Raw fuel would also possibly indicate one or more cylinders not firing.

Blow by would smell more like exhaust, than raw fuel leaking past the rings.
