I have fixed a few front end hits on XJ's. From the pics the upper rad support looks straight, but usually the damage is in the front crossmember/unirails. How about some better pics of the area?

Yours are too small to view accurately.

Can you post some pics of the frame/fenderwells, shock towers from the axle forward? Both sides?

Ive seen a 91 with less visible damage than that and both rails in the front were creased badly.

only looks to be missing the header pannel to me i think it would be pretty simple as long as the body is not tweaked. Looks simular to mine with just the grille off.

That looks just like my 98 when I hit another car. Only needed a new radiator, bumper, grill, and lights. A fan also I think. Had to straighten out the frame too...

Thanks guys for the quick replys, I'm asking because this car is in an auction and I'm thinking about bidding on it. So there could be possible frame damage? I dont see anything on the front side of it thats bent, but you say that it could still be damage underneath? I dont have any more pics, also the airbags arent deployed, would that matter? or could the frame bend w/o the airbags deploying? Thaks you guys.

I'm sorry, I'll repost some bigger pictures of that later, I didnt know they were so small.

The airbag modules are easily removed and replaced with "dummies" I've been told.

This is typical of the damage you'll see on the front rails after a hit. This is the last one i fixed.
