Default Difference between 97 XJ and a 97 TJ

Curious to know what is different in the suspension, engine and trans.. anyone know about these years? found a cheap wrangler just wondering if its any different that what i already have.

TJ's are coil sprung on all 4 corners.
Shorter wheelbase.
No AW4 tranny.

TJs have rear disc brakes if I am not mistaken
