Nobody is trying to screw you over on your Jeep. They have all been pretty straight shooters about its real world value. If someone offers you more, take it. or fix it. We really don't care. It's yours. The body shop will hit you with a stupid high estimate like was mentioned earlier. Probably well over $2000 which will make your insurance company total it. Reality is almost anybody with minimal skills can fix the damage. Then you'd need paint. Hell, you may get lucky and find one the same color as yours that was hit in the rear and get the whole front clip and be all set. Would take you about a day to get it fixed and cost less than $500 total.
Think of the personal satisfaction of fixing it yourself. And, if you fix it and just don't like the idea of driving a vehicle that had been damaged, sell it for the higher price. See how simple this is?

Everyone's given you useful advice on here, you're just too fckin stupid and ignorant to accept it.
The offers on here are from experienced owners. If you were offered more then sell it if you want, but don't get all pissy on here just because you can't turn a wrench for once in your life.

I'VE DONE IT BEFORE.
And I never would have attempted it if it hadn't been for the helpful advice of folks on this here forum. That's what we're here for. It sounds like you have your mind made up and no amount of reasoning will change it, so why did you even ask?

Yes I did. I can show you right now, but it's clear that you are all so ignorant that you wouldn't believe me if I showed you. Funny you say "ricer" scene you probably don't even know what the word means.. Oh and I love history, my dad is a Vietnam vet. Go ahead an say whatever you want, I'm deleting my account and leaving this useless forum behind me.

I didn't say you all were ignorant and useless, some of you have been kind, and helped as much as you could, others have simply told me my jeep isn't worth more than $800 and that I should fix something that I own my own with the tools I have can't fix. It would cost $3900 to have the body shop fix it. The tie bar and reinforcement bar need replaced the radiator an fans were pushed up against some of the things on the pulley and some of those things need replaced, the passenger fender buckled and needs straightened, needs a new ac compressor, the water pump was shoved back, and the other cosmetic damages. I'm selling it to my friend for $1000 tomorrow night.

I don't ride with my friend, he isn't going to keep it he has a 2500hd. And the parts alone cost way too much for me to fix it myself.

It did, the fan and other radiator stuff got pushed up against everything on the front side of the engine. I'd post a pic, but it'd probably start another pissing contest.
