The death of a roof rack.

Did some of the repair work but have been way to busy with work to finish it. So she sadly sits under a tarp in the driveway waiting for some much needed attention. Although that attention will probably come in the form of more offroad abuse than repair.
So this is where I had to start from, caved in and ripped open.
I pulled the interior panel out of the cargo area to access the body damage on the drivers side.
Also had to remove the panels on the passenger side to remove the broken glass and replace it.
Replaced the window with a donor from my brothers wrecked XJ.
Had to drill a couple of holes in the interior to beat the dent out in the roof.
Then just started beating and pounding until I got it to a semi decent shape.
Finally welded everything back together in short bits at a time so I didn't roast the wiring inside the roof.
And that is how she sits under the tarp until time permits more work to be done.
