Anyone know which fuse runs the dashboard?

You mean the lights? The instrument cluster? The radio? There is more than one circuit for the "dash board".

Good point, the speedo, temp gauge, battery voltage etc

The owners manual will tell you where the fuse is and what the proper amp rating is. It's the little book in the glove box, it's made of paper and has pictures of Jeeps in it.

Obviously if i had a manual that came with the jeep id check it. Since i bought a used 20 year old jeep with no manual in it, id assume in got lost within 20 years. So if you dont want to answer my question move on and troll somewhere else genius.

Not working at all, i threw a 10 amp in it to get it working again. But i dont want to be to high of am amp to avoid breaking something

My instruments work and I still have the owners manual for my rig, so I guess I am a genius.

Yeah i checked them they all have power. The only one that didnt was the instrument cluster (sppedo, tach, etc.) I threw a 10amp in it, the only problem is i dont know what originally suppose to be there.
