Dana 60 WMS to WMS and years needed?

I'm finding lots of miss leading info. So I figure I'd start a thread and see what info we can get.

Heres what I'm looking for:

WMS to WMS with years and donor (driver drop)..

I went there, but on other sites I found that info to some what be in question on axle width...

It is great info there but think it might not be 100% up-snuff with it's width info..

It's either that OR each person that gives the WMS info is measuring it different..

Reason I say this is info from guys that worked for Dana say the 85-91.5 F350 HP D60 is only 65-63.5 WMS (based on options)and the Pirate chart says 69.25" so the bigger question is who is right..

Ok I found out that the "standard" width is 69.25"

Now is it justifiable in cost to narrow it to 65" or should I just look to run a deep back spaced wheel?

The plan is to run 37"s at first with 42" later down teh road..

Are you considering the 78 or 79 F250 and F350 Ford Dana 60's? I could measure mine for you if you need confirmation. Mine are on my 1979 F250 with Snowfighter package. High pinion, HD 60's front and rear with 4:10's.
