Are you asking if its a low pinion? If so, yes. Jeep started putting tj low pinion 30s in 2000 to cut costs.

thank...so what do i need to do bout regearing it bc ever where i find the Ring & Pinion Gear Packages for the Dana 30 and the C8.25 they r only for the high pinion 30...i cant find a package with the low pinion 30 and the C8.25...can anybody help me on this

Don't hold me to it but i would think gears for a tj would work for the front since they used those axles.

TJ's never had a high pinion d30. They were all low pinion. So if it says it will work on a TJ30, then it will work in yours.
