I recently bought my 98 Cherokee Sport 4x4 for utility, to have good off-road capability to explore the backcountry and to carry our dog. I signed on to this forum after lurking a bit to aquire more knowledge. Now I have visions of a lift, bash plates and the list goes on and on... this is badddd.

Definitely an addiction Though alot of these mods will help you enjoy more areas. And in some case get you into some tight situations.

wait till you get to the point where you want one lifted and one stock for DD and then you end up with two lifted XJs.
