If you can weld, I would strengthen the control arm mounts. They can rip off. If you want to put a locker in it now would be the time, as well as a diff cover/guard. Maybe change the upper control arm bushings. As for the seals, I have thought about them. But many people I have talked to say that water/stuff still finds it's way in the axle, then it can't come out so it ends up just staying in the tubes.

Depends on how long you want to keep it and/or if you plan on going bigger later. With my Stroker eating my Jeep budget, I had to make mine last.

Throw some gussets on it and a truss. Some new ball joints as well. After snapping two housings, I did this to my next one...

Truss, sleeves, gussets. There are cheaper options for a truss but the IRO one is awesome... addresses alot of issues (shock mount/trackbar mounts and spring retainers). I also added some control arm skids to beef them up.

I have yet to blow up the insides on the D30 running 35s but maybe Im lucky...

For the price of the IROR truss, you can get an Artec Truss with Johnny joints for the UCA + gussets for the C's.

I just started building up a D30 for 35's and that is the route I went. Also replacing the ball joints, adding a locker and aftermarket diff cover, doing the hubs while I'm at it, and replacing all the bushings up front. Already have a beefed up tie-rod and track bar support.
