Default D-Ring Shackles

.....so.... These D ring shackles wont stay on my bumper. They are constantly getting loose and falling off.... And no I dont want to just take them off untill I need them... Does everyone have this issue

Are you talking about the pin is coming loose? put a zip-tie through the ring and the hole in the pin. Just make sure you have some side cutters in your rig to cut it if you need to use it.

i just leave mine off until i actually need to use them. they make noise just flopping around anyway

I tighten mine up with a small adjustable wrench when not in use then keep the wrench handy for when I need to get them off.

I just painted mine- just takes a screwdriver to get them loose off. I had a problem with people stealing them while stationed in Louisiana so I got the screw to tighten ones and spray painted the threads- Kind of a pain but have not lost one since!
