Yes they do....out of car tires

 

I've had them for a few years the lack of clanking is nice

 

I just covered mine in some plastidip I had lying around. It has the same desired result. It's rubberized so it dampens the noise and you can change the colors at will. When it gets rubbed off due to use, just spray it again.
