CV joint going?
Hey guys I have a 2000 jeep 4x4. It runs like a charm and I love the thing. When I make a left turn it kinda knocks or pops in the beginning stage of the turn. It is not extremely loud or anything, but it is noticeable. Aside from the knock I hear nothing else.
Do you guys think the CV is to blame and:
a. should I just go ahead and replace it altogether or
b. see if it needs lubricating and cleaning and a new cv boot (much cheaper option)
That's about all I can think to ask. Thanks guys!
