Crank, spark, fuel but not running

Default Crank, spark, fuel but not running

Ok guys well I had a problem where I had a crank no start issue ( no spark,no injector pulse,no signal to ecu, no fuel pump prim etc ). Well I tried a new cps,coil, Icm followed cruisers54 tips and got nothing. I opened the ecu and it was fried, well I'm currently talking to some members for a ecu in the mean while I tried to by pass the ecu and well guess what 'My poor soldering skills came in handy today. So here's the rundown I now have spark ✔️ Fuel✔️ Fuel pump prim✔️ Everything you basically need for a car to turn on, but wait there a catch the car still doesn't turn on I checked my timing and well I think it's off or maybe the ecu is still fried the pick up is just shy of the #1 spark post tried for a about 2 hours to get it In time ( I'm not very good at it ) and its still a no go what you you think out of time or ecu is still fried here are some pics of the distributor

The black mark is the #1 post and i can't get it to line up I have the crank pully on "0" and can't get it to line up, I have another engine at the house and I can get that one so sit perfect I don't get it

Will any sensors near the throttle body cause a no start issue

Hey I did your tip and well it worked I had it running perfect after about 10 seconds I shut it off to show my family that I got it. Well I went back and it didn't want to turn on it cranked over but no go so the whole entire day I went after I have e spark fuel and air but never went on again, then later through the night it sputtered I played with the timing and still nothing. Do you think my ecu is bad ( I'm the one who keeps asking you for a ecu) (and bought the one from the guy who was selling his for 50) but my point is you think my ecu is still shot ( I did bypass it) or you think timing is off I have it just departing of the rotor like your tip so it should be good

Index the distributor. Moving the distributor doesn't affect the timing like in the old days.

You have fuel pressure?

Well I don't have a gauge here at home but when I ovpen the valve is squirts out gas at a fast rate for prime and I hear the pump push while I crank the engine

But doesn't the ecu also control timing that maybe the cause because it was spuddering like it wanted to start so I played with the distributor ( well now I know that dowent work, already should be back to the index like on your tip) and that didn't effect it
