I have the Cobra. Picked it up at Walmart for $35. It is small enough to fit pretty much anywhere, but lacks some features of the more expensive cb's. It does everything I expected it to though.

What does it lack?

Features such as built in SWA meter/calibrator, bluetooth, etc. All stuff that I didn't need, but you may like. Both of the cb's that you have in your original post are considered basic/beginner cb's, which are fine for most people.
