Default CLS Off Road - PROBLEM COMPANY????

Alright guys, has anyone had any experience with CLS Off Road?? This is my first time using them and just spent over 1600 bucks a few days ago on a lift... I forgot if I had mentioned if I needed the two/four bolt crossmember in the kit so I thought I would call and double check.... 3 Days of calling, email, and voicemails... no return communication.. I dont even know if my order processed to ship... I have never dealt with a company with this bad of customer assistance...

Well they had good prices, and what got me was their shipping.. I ordered an IROR 5.5 Long arm kit, shipping was 100 bucks.. IROR themselves wanted 215... Now I am a little nervous about what I got myself into...

Yeah, Thats going to happen tomorrow if I get no response from them today... I read some reviews on this company and people had similar issues with them but that was over two years ago when all the complaints were written.. I guess I was hoping since I couldn't find any since then that they learned a little and changed their ways... I've been wrong before.. All to try and save 100$..

contact your credit card company, cancel the transaction, then buy it from IRO with their 50% off shipping discount code easily found on google.


always ALWAYS look for coupon codes before buying anything from anywhere.


never buy from no name places online that have better prices than anywhere else.

Left another voicemail for them today. Called my bank and since i used a debit/credit card the transaction already processed through. They said if I want to wait another day I can try and claim fraud but thats about it... : / Tomorrow will be day 4 after transaction went through so I am hoping for some kind of response..

That is a bull**** answer from your bank. Tell them you wish to claim fraud. You fill out a sheet, they contact Visa or whoever. Visa refunds you immediately and then Visa goes after the company for their money.

If your purchases arent protected in any way, get a new bank as soon as you get a refund.
