Looking at my great grandfathers 00 xj today i popped the hood, and wooh behold i found a clean motor and everything...ive never seen a car besides off the lot cars this clean

I need to get a better picture... for some reason I thought being able to read "caution fan" was more important...

It was actually pretty clean when I got ahold of it... But you can see the valve cover has some oil on it...

The metal was clean, but the other stuff was oily and dusty... I cant remember what I used... I used armor all on the hoses and air boxes though... Im surprised its that clean seeing how we live on a dirty dusty road...

Mines is that clean as well. I need to post pics. I always clean the engine bay after wheeling.
