Default China loves Cherokees!

I couldn't believe my eyes when I found this. I had to share this with the rest of you! China loves the '80 Cherokee so much that they actually still build it. Check it out...

That's awesome! I just heard about this recently. Wasn't sure if it was true.
Do you know if there are any differences between ours? Driveline, suspension, etc. Just wondering.

It's true but who really gives a s#it. It's made in China. Let them drive their own crap. I don't want to see any of them in my backyard but I'm glad they want to try to imitate them - it's kind of like them bowing to Jeepnation. There's an old expression, it states that "imitation is the sincerest form of flattery".

And yeah, it probably has some driveline and suspension similarities but I'm sure it pretty much stops at overall appearance.

These have 4.0s. The Chinese have a factory that still produces the 4.0 motor today

if you actually clicked on the link instead of assuming... this is not a 'Jeep" its not a 2500 or a 2700 this is a Company who brought the Tooling and is making a copy of them with a different set of head lights and tail lights... and a totally new name...
