I'm a 20 year old college student in the market for a new car and having trouble deciding between the 3. The Cherokee drives the best but I'm worried it looks most like a mom car. The renegade is new and geared for a younger crowd but it resembles a Honda soul to me, and finally the patriot I love the jeep look of it but it has the worst drive. Any opinions or experiences you have that could sway me in one way or the other would be greatly appreciated!

Also, is the latitude worth the extra cash over the sport? Don't really see much difference

 

My girlfriend has a jeep renegade trailhawk and has had it for a few months and she loves it very fun vehicle interior is very cool the red accents on the exterior really pop and the trailhawk has a true locking 4x4 system with the terrain select switch as well as a hill descent mode... lots of extras very cool vehicle in my opinion

that said, buy the renegade.

 

Two of the three are Fiats really. The other one is a Dodge Caliber. Think about that and just buy a Honda Fit.

 

Yeah none of them are really Jeeps just euro/asian bling with no real bite.

 

Not gonna lie, hearing an XJ called a mom car was pretty upsetting.. Maybe if your mom is a total BA then yeah, mom car fits.. But man, that was a first..

I chose to read that he meant the NEW Cherokee, since he says he is looking for a new car.

The only mom I see driving the XJ is from the Goonies.
