Find a new rig, it's not cost effective to repair all of that, I bet the floor pans are junk too.

If you are still driving that rig you need to park it ASAP. You are a danger to yourself and everyone else on the roadways.

I'm pretty sure that won't pass inspection. NY is awsome!! (sarcasm)

Abandon ship, hopefully you don't have to much tied up into that. But yea get a new one, inspect all the all the spots,on the new one, where your old one is rusting and good luck.

if the front leaf mount/floor area is good, it's saveable.

i would just cut the control arm mounts off, plate the front and weld in frame stiffeners along the side.
then do a long arm setup with a new cross member.

use por15 on any new metal and the rest of the uni rails.

that's if you want to keep your jeep.

The original owner had my 2001 rustproofed, now I'm happy they did. Where are you located? I think part it out if you don't have much in it and get a new one. Or get something like this to move parts over if you have a space to work, mechanically inclined or have friends with space who are mechanically inclined.

Agreed...if not part it out because I defiantly wouldnt be driving on that...never seen frame rot that bad on an XJ before.
