My 95 xj idles at about 1000 and then drops down real low and almost stalls then goes back up to 1000 for like ten seconds then drops down. It does this until its fully warmed up and have been driving for 5 minutes. What could it be?

 

My 99 had same problem until I replaced the throttle position sensor and cleaned the throttle body and the IAC

 

Yea i cleaned the iac and throttle body and it didnt help so hopefully when i replace the tps it will make a difference
