Thanks. Does anyone with a Jeep Cherokee 2002 -2007 produced?

Probably a poster from a country where what North America knows as the Jeep Liberty was marketed as the Jeep Cherokee.

 

I can't register it, new imports are from Italy. On verification, I can't find Vin numbers crammed onto the chassis.

 

I think he wants to know where to find the VIN numbers on a 2002-2007 KJ.

Hopefully someone can help.

EDIT: Furthermore, I think he wants to know where they can be found on the European version of the vehicle, because without them he can't register it.

 

I have no idea if this will help out. Only thing I found searching.
"On the later 2006 and 2007 KJ's the VIN is located approximately 10cm from the pillar at the bottom of the windscreen, not on the pillar! The windscreen must have been replaced with one with the clear glass section on the pillar - thus no VIN number visible through the blackened portion of the windscreen."
