Default Cherokee Advice

New here. Sorry if I have posted in the wrong forum.
Looking at a 2005 Grand Cherokee with about 42000 miles. Nicely kept with 4.7 engine. Don't do any offroading but fell in love with the vehicle and the fact that it has low kms and is in very good condition and the price is right, about $10500 (in Canada). Should I be concerned about fuel economy, not driving more than 8000 miles per year, and any other issues?
Do need something mid size. Thanks

One with that low of miles should do you a lot of good. They are reliable Jeeps, plain and simple. However, plastic likes to break, and every once in a while, they have transmission problems. I personally wouldn't think twice on buying it. Check Kelly Blue Book for the value on it, and take it for a test drive.

Here are some reviews:

Best of Luck!

Cannot comment on that particular type, however a mate of mine has the 3.0 2006 and when my xj was off of the road he took me green laning, well with standard road tyres and no lift I was pleasantly surprised Auto though Ykkk!
Plus your fuel is cheap, if the price is competitive then go for it.
