Was at lowes checking prices and got this idea of using pvc tubing doubled up for a smooth finish and priced it around 20-30 bucks. ..

Now the only reason i thought of this is the fact s**t happens an i have seen friends roll there trucks/jeeps/and suv's and the rack would be toast (this means another 600 bucks to replace ) and well i like my money and my rig so cheaper to build and easy to replace ..
I am wanting opinions on this so let the sarcasam begin lol

What are you gonna carry up there cotton?

Go look up RAGE racks. 89-120 for nice steel ones.

PVC wont take a lot of weight or any sort of an impact on the trails.

Might hate them but they will hold up better then pvc especially in the cold.
