Hey guys I just ordered plum crazy's cb mount and I've got my CB mounted and installed. I was wondering if you guys thought that this spring and cable were compatible with his mount and a firestik? Thanks a ton for your info.

In *most* cases it is all generic threads/connectors/etc.

yeah everything cb that i have delt with has been universal.

and i suggest you not get a spring, it will bounce around after every small bump and not a ton of paint of your xj. you dont need one if you get a good whip, the firestic should have plenty of flexibility and if it does snap, i suggest you get the k40 power whip, ive had mine for a few months and its great

I was figuring I'd get the spring for when I'm out wheeling. But I'm thinking of getting only a 3 footer cause I don't want too much height because of the low clearance in the parking garage I have to park in for work.

Oh and Evil Drew M are you going to the Carolla meet up? If you haven't heard about it it's in the mid atlantic section and there's awhole bunch of us going. I go down to Shallote every now and then and pass through Wilmington to get there.
