Default CB radio mounting spots

I recently picked myself up a Cobra and I'm all wired and ready to mount it inside. I was wondering if anyone had and ideas on where to put it? I've seen a couple to the right of the tranny hub and some mounted to the roof. I don't know if there is enough clearance to mount it in the dash anywhere. Wondering I'd anyone has pictures of a creative places they put theirs?

Only a couple show up. I don't want to see the antenna mounts, where people put them in the cabin is what I'm interested in.

Just put it to the right of the shifter. I see some people put on drivers side, but gets in the way.
