For under 100 your gonna have to build one yourself and even then thats pretty cheap, Wallmart has a basket type roof rack for around 100 i think.

Thanks I was looking into making one, but then I saw a smaller sized roof rack on Amazon. it is 43" by 39" about the size that I want. so I went ahead and bought it, it was rated 4.5 out of 5 stars. thought I might give it a try. thanks for the ideas though I appreciate it.

I wouldn't recommend putting a spare tire on the roof of your jeep. makes you extremely top heavy.

Do you feel a difference with the tire on top when in snow or mud? i was always taught to keep it off you roof when in snow or mud.

I got my Curt for under 100 (without extension). Only negative to it is the mounting system.

No difference Offroad or in the mud. At first you notice a difference on the street, but I can't tell its up there anymore.

Ya ill have to put up a picture or something when I get it. I hope it will be good. And the other thing i just bought was tires. Ebay had 3 15" Kumho all terrains for 77$ a tire the last one I had to pay full price but it was still a good deal.
